Summary America’s leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join ourteam. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the management of hiring, training, and supervision of the Dallas Fort-Worth regional sales team. You will be in charge of managing sales by developing sales plans, achieving plan goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of Window World products
• Maintain a fully staffed team of Sales Representatives through top talent recruitment and hands-on training
• Develop and conduct continuous learning and training programs on topics including, but not limited to, sales best practices, referrals, lead generation, customer service, ethics, policies and procedures, roles and responsibilities, goal attainment, Window World products, etc.
• Manage the Sales Team, ensuring goals are met and policies and procedures are followed
• Conduct regular meetings, workshops, appointments, and ride alongs, etc.
• Coordinate activities for HomeShows, such as assigning team members and obtaining needed materials
• Acquire and manage new and existing accounts
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring frequent communication and satisfaction of services
• Keep up to date with market trends and competition to prepare reports and make recommendations to management
• Increase professional and technical knowledge through workshops, seminars, professional publications, growing personal networks, and getting active in local and national societies and clubs
• Gain an understanding of business processes, products, and services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales or related field
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Analytical problem solver, organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to attend a 1-2 week training
• Proof of auto insurance
